Ok so this morning Bob was gone doing a couple of different things. Well hours after Bob had been gone, Anabel heard a noise outside in the front. Her eyes got big, she started pointing and repeating ‘Dada? Dada?’. She ran to the front door and starting banging on it, crying ‘Dada’. It broke my heart! I was trying to tell her it wasn’t him, but she wasn’t understanding. I ended up calling Bob on the speaker phone and let her talk to him. It helped but i still don’t think she was putting two and two together.

I ended up being able to distract her which was good. But she has never done that before and it was really cute but really sad too. I think it made Bob pretty happy, knowing she wanted him that much.
