I feel so blessed!

Me and Bob have been telling each other the last few days ‘we have the best kids’ and that is so how we feel!

Bob made Anabel a toddler bed and while she was gone spending the weekend with the Grandma and Grandpa we got it finished.

I’ve heard all those stressful stories about the woes of getting your toddler to sleep in their bed and it might happen latter but right now she has been awesome. She goes down like a charm. We started doing the kneeling in front of her bed, putting her hands together and praying before she goes down for the night. She loves it. We have always prayed with her before bed, we just added the kneeling.

Nap time i tucked her in, stepped out but kept my eye on her for a few minutes. She sat up a couple times and i just told her lay down and go night night and she did… no problems. I’m so happy with her!

It’s been nice cause the last couple of days i’ve woken up leisurely not running up stairs cause she is crying or screaming. Instead i hear her up stairs playing and one day i heard ‘Mommy where are you?’ hehe…. This morning Daddy had taken down the baby gate and i was awoken by her coming into our bedroom talking. Soooo much nicer then screaming!

And Abby, she has been sleeping in the crib. That means i have to get up in the night feed her instead of being able to stay in bed, but so far i haven’t felt any tired’er… almost more rested which that can’t be! LOL We have a nice comfy rocker next to the crib which i feed her in, and a blanket cause it’s chilly at night. It’s been going well. And Abby takes naps which is so nice!

Although Anabel is at that stage. Everything is dramatic and she screams about everything. I don’t know if it’s really worse because she had all the attention at Grandma and Grandpa’s for the weekend, or because i just had kinda forgotten while she was gone… but geeze she is so dramatic! LOL Girls and their attitudes! She has been getting in trouble at screaming at us.

And SOMEONE…. you know who you are :P taught her ‘No Way!’ so instead of just ‘no’ we get ‘no way!’ LOL…. kinda cute… kinda not. Haaa

I love my girls. Soooo happy to be a Mommy!
